You hate your thighs but don’t want to commit to long hours at the gym and you refuse to spend a fortune on exercise equipment that will only become a clothes rack. "Exercise is just no fun" you say.
I recommend purchasing an indoor trampoline. In only 10 minutes a day, you can get a full body workout. There are a range of moves that you can do on the trampoline. including bouncing on it and even jogging. You can even purchase a DVD that will direct you through a whole series of exercises to get the most bang for your buck.
I love to listen to CDs or watch DVDs as I jog or bounce on my trampoline. I just feel great after a workout on it. In fact, it is my secret for getting into the zone when I prepare for a presentation. There are just so many benefits to this type of workout.

Hate exercise? Love it? What’s your vote? The other day I went to the gym and I met my trainer, Niki. I decided to put on my NLP hat and get to the bottom of this question about exercise. For those of you unfamiliar with NLP, the concept of modeling is at the core of it.
Modeling is the ability that we all have to be able to acquire any behavior, talent or skill. This is something that we do every day, unconsciously and without much thought.
You might consider it 'copying or replicating.' When you watch someone, listen to them and attempt to duplicate those behaviors, you are doing some small degree of modeling.
