    In order to lose weight without dieting, you want to  step into your power fully and express your needs.  Say what you want and demand your preferences. As you find yourself becoming more willing to express yourself, you will notice that your self esteem will soar through the roof.

In this way, your issues don't get a chance to 'boil over' and overinflate since you are both working on them consistently.
