It's Sunday night now. Many women are ending their evening, feeling
stuffed and bloated, after having eaten too much all weekend. Is that describing you? Monday
typically marks the start or restart of a diet for most gals. If you've
realized that you've played that game long enough and haven't yet won
the proverbial prize, then you may consider a new method of breaking
the binds that keep you stuck in a no win relationship with food and
hating your body. There is an alternative to dieting. You can eat real
food without thinking of it as feast or famine, but first you have to
stop fearing food and let go of the quick fix promise of dieting.
- Are you a woman struggling with excess weight?
- Tired of feeling ashamed and hating your body?
- Desperate to stop dieting, but don't know how?
I've got the plan and the answers for you!
A few days ago, on February 25, I kicked off a high level online group
coaching support program for women serious about losing weight from the
inside out, without dieting, pills, gadgets or gizmos.
After only two teleclass group coaching meetings with them, these gals
are already telling me that they are feeling differently around food,
eating less and thinking about themselves in more empowering ways.
Today Rhonda enjoyed two oreos and was able to stop there because she
didn’t feel guilty anymore. She didn’t feel compelled to continue to
stuff down more oreos, because she knows that she can have them all the
time now, breakfast, lunch, dinner, whenever she wants. Sue is noticing
that she was satisfied eating smaller amounts when she went out to
dinner with her family. She’s discovering that she is enjoying the
taste of her food more. Sherry is noticing more distinctions around
what she likes and what she doesn’t.
