    Eat Less Effortlessly: Do the Middle of the Road Slide

    If you are a gal struggling with trying to eat intuitively, yet find that you are continually consuming more than you want at each meal; this exercise might be helpful to you. It's called the Middle of the Road Slide.

    As soon as you sense that your physiological hunger is beginning to get satisfied, take your plate and move it to the right or left, out of visual range.

    Resist the urge of wanting to do anything to destroy your food, such as wetting it, tossing cigarette butts or tea bags on it or pouring salt, pepper or hot sauce on the remaining food.

    Resistant To Tapping? Support Program For Gals Who Hate Tapping

    Despite knowing that tapping really works, I've been getting feedback from many of my clients that they are not using their EFT skills.

    To be honest, I’ve also been resistant to doing my own tapping as many of my other clients have. This is a problem that has frustrated me for awhile. It has led me on a quest to seek out a solution to the problem not only for my clients but also for myself.

    Recently I stuck gold and found something that will work. I'd like to share it with you.

    Desserts: Is More Actually Better?

    Chocolate_gourmetcakedesserts_1 According to Connirae Andreas, Creator of the "Naturally Slender Eating Strategy" and co Author of the book, "Heart of the Mind ", she believes that a little bit of something sweet  is much more desirable and enjoyable than having a lot or too much of it.

    For example, she says, that she’s come to realize over time that when she takes a taste of a favorite dessert and focuses on that taste experience, she is able to truly savor every aspect of the confection, its taste, texture, aroma, color, etc.

    Take a moment and remember the last time that you enjoyed that first bite or two of a delectable goodie. Do you recall a time when the quality of that experience and the enjoyment of that food began to change and degrade? As you ate more of it, did it taste better or worse?

She is also one of the original co-developers in the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming. As a therapist, she has helped thousands of people to overcome fears, phobias and various other experiences in their lives that have blocked their lives.     Connirae Andreas' "Naturally Slender Eating Strategy Secrets Soon To Be Revealed"

    Connirae_2 Connirae Andreas, well known therapist, trainer and co-developer of Neuro Linguistic Programming has graciously agreed to allow me to interview her tomorrow, Tuesday, February 27, 2007 to discuss her Naturally Slender Eating Strategy. Connirae has always been slender and realized back in 1979 that this was no genetic accident. She recognized that she actually had acquired a strategy that enabled her to maintain her natural slender body/mind connection. Over the next couple of weeks, I will be attempting to model her way of eating intuitively.
